Basically, it's a censored version of his dialogue "Wyatt F@#KING Earp" from the shootout in the titie club scene, and it was meant for television, so an alternate take in which he says "Wyatt Earp, man" was suppose to be used, because it's cleaner than the original one. It's kinda similar to how John Carpenter shot extra scenes for "Halloween", which he knew they were going to cut the gore and nudity scenes from the film which would have resulted in a shorter runtime.

That's the whole point with Rocco's "Wyatt Earp, man!". Basically, any alternate take would be substituted for everything you mentioned. They would either dub over the 246 fucks or replace them with alternate sayings that were shot (like the one we see in the outtakes). The same goes for the tits, the blood and a majority of the violence in the film. Again, the same thing happened with the NBC broadcast of "Halloween", which Carpenter had to shoot extra scenes to fill in for the cut violence.

True and I agree with you. But filmmakers are often have this problem, especially for broadcast television. As I've kept making refering to John Carpenter's "Halloween" and the broadcast for NBC. A lot of fimmakers nowadays have to take into considering TV broadcast, to make sure the film gets seen for TV and meets the runtime set by the network for broadcast.
