Dont worry, I just sorted it out myself. But I do have one question, and if you could answer it would really help me. I am doing a Pokemon Crystal walkthrough from on a Kigb emulator on my mac (lol) but I want to add narration to the file. I have exported the file in the manner which you recommend but I was wondering if there was a feature on screen flow by which I could add audio input to the file through the built in mic in my MacBook. If you can help, I would be most grateful. Thanks!

yes. off the top of my head..you should open garageband....play the video....off to the side..while recording your narration in Garagband. that way your narration can go along with the video you're playing at the same time.

then put ur narration into iTunes..then go back to screenflow and drag that narration into the timeline with the video. that should work.
