There's music briefly in the Breen...Coast video, when Freeman first enters the church, but it's not until the end of part nine, And Reap We Shall, that you'll really notice it.

Thanks! I've recently found something called GCFscape that enables you to extract pretty much any sound from Half-Life 2 (and a fair bit from the original Half-Life as well). There's thousands and thousands of wav. files - unbelievable stuff - really does make me appreciate all the attention to detail that went into making the game...
