i know that these weren't out when you made the video, but revlon lip butters are good dupes for the chanel rouge coco shine lipsticks, and the maybelline colour tattoo shadows are great dupes for the mac paint pots

Voluminus Carbon Black is the most amazing mascara. I had a friend suggest it maybe five years ago and i can not go back to anything else. If a store is out of it I will go to another to find one. And at smiths it is 8 or 9 dollars but at target it is 5. amazing mascara, very highly reccomended!!

Hi Emily, is it possible if you make a face primers review? I know you like Rimmel face primer, Palladio face primer and Hard Candy primer. Which one do you think is better, may be you can also include some other ones too for review. I'm not very happy with my primer from Bare Minerals, it does a nice job making my face look better, but I feel like it's oily when I just put it on, I think it may be cloging my pores and possibly making me break out too.

I've never tried the Palladio Herbal primer but Jordana has an eyelid primer that comes in a pot, costs $1.00 some ppl have gotten it for $1.49 so far that's the best eyelid primer I've ever tried it's creamy I love it cause it covers my discolored eyelids, makes my eyeshadows pop and last all day. Ruby Kisses (another beauty Supply store brand) has a High Definition eyelid primer out that's really awesome and it's only $2.99, elf has them all beat when it comes to price. Thanks Emily : )

I use the ELF eye primer .... it's only a dollar at my local target. I was skeptical ... UDPP causes me to crease within hours of application, but the ELF dollar primer lasts all day. I have sensitive skin, and it's never caused any issues with my eyelids. Amazing.
Not a fan of mac pot liners. Love Bobbi Brown and tarte pot liners though. Not sure, even if it is only $4 that I would ever switch. I am just devoted.
the only time i buy high end products is if benefit has the "fake it" kits for free with a $30 purchase, or urban decays book of shadows since their limited edition, or if i ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT. like benefits their real mascara, or mac lipstick in Angel and viva glam gaga 2. BUT ONE THING I CANT LIVE WITHOUT is a lipgloss from a brand called borjois i think.

My cousin works at lorel as a chemist and lorel maybeline and lancome ( spelling ???!!) are all made by the same company where most of the formulas are different some are exactly the same !!!!

Regarding the eye primer, the UDPP shown in this video is NOT the full size. While the Palladio primer is half the price, it's also half the quantity. You'd have to buy 2 Palladio's to get what's in one UDPP. Per ounce, the UDPP is a better buy.
You're my favorite makeup guru! You aren't snobby and conceited like other gurus and you actually use drugstore products. You seem more realistic about beauty.

Not a fan of mac pot liners. Love Bobbi Brown and tarte pot liners though. Not sure, even if it is only $4 that I would ever switch. I am just devoted.

the only time i buy high end products is if benefit has the "fake it" kits for free with a $30 purchase, or urban decays book of shadows since their limited edition, or if i ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT. like benefits their real mascara, or mac lipstick in Angel and viva glam gaga 2. BUT ONE THING I CANT LIVE WITHOUT is a lipgloss from a brand called borjois i think.

Yay! I love this video. You just saved me some money :-) I think a lot of the more higher end products are not that much different than drugstore. It's nice to see someone who doesn't think that everything they use should be MAC only.

My cousin works at lorel as a chemist and lorel maybeline and lancome ( spelling ???!!) are all made by the same company where most of the formulas are different some are exactly the same !!!!

@TheHannahgabrielle yes ive heard this as well. lancome and loreal are same parent company. bourjois and chanel are owned by same company as each other. im sure genefique and youth code will be similar formula and genes and youth code even sound like similar names

Regarding the eye primer, the UDPP shown in this video is NOT the full size. While the Palladio primer is half the price, it's also half the quantity. You'd have to buy 2 Palladio's to get what's in one UDPP. Per ounce, the UDPP is a better buy.
