I know very little about Parkour, other than that I think it's amazing to watch. So let me ask this; in Parkour, do you practice a course several times to get good at it before you can run the whole thing like this guy does, or after you are efficient at it, can you go into a setting and run it blind. For example, if you are dropped into a city for the first time, and find yourself in an escape and evasion situation, can you do this effectively enough to escape and evade? Awesome video.

Honestly?! Parkour really would deserve to be added to the Olympics.

I don't need to explain why, you all know exactly what i mean.

Some of these moves are so much nicer and cleaner and harder than in any gymnast type of games in the Olympics. Beautiful.
