Hi umm i just wanted some help, i have a macbook and when it is fully charged what should i do? Leave it plugged in or drain it down and charge it again?
Yeah now they fuck us and make it so your warranty is void if you ever have to replace the battery by yourself by making it all internal just so they can boast the 8 hours it doesnt get unless its on idle with no wifi. Nice one Apple.
What I have always wanted to know, but have never been able to find the answer to, is how to take care of your battery. Specifically, i'm wondering if it's safe to use the MagSafe Power Adapter every time i'm near an outlet, and only use the battery when I'm away from it. Does having the MagSafe Power Adapter plugged in effect the battery at all, once it has been charged?
Also is it safe to keep a dead battery connected to your laptop? I have one now, and am unable to purchase a new one at this time, can i screw up my laptop if i leave it in the slot and use the Power Adapter?
My macbook has a charging issue. Sometimes when the battery charge % says 96, 84, 53, etc. it goes off and then when i try putting it back on it acts like it has zero battery charge. it doesnt even warn me of the low battery A.C power thing at all. HELP PLEASE.
My macbook wont run off the battery, but it still says that the battery is connected on the status bar. It only work if I plug it in. Anybody know what the problem is or what I should do?
Do you have any problems with heat from the macbook? because the ones i've seen in person were not even warm at all but the reviews i've read said they get really hot sometimes.
Nifty, it has nothing on the Ubuntu battery monitor though, it records the status automatically and can make a nice graph out of it, it also tells you if you have a recalled battery.
Not saying its better than the Mac one, but the nix one is free.
Why is your screen Negative?

call apple and if your under warrenty they may send you a new one
supermanxevan 4 years ago
There's nothing wrong with it. It stops there to prevent it from overcharging. Missing just 1% is nothing to worry about.
