  • First 20 seconds are too epic! :o

  • I remember a more formal, trumpet based soundtrack. Less beauty and more glory.

  • BC was the golden age.

  • In someway is incredible tune also reminds me of Storm Peaks... Dont know why... But man o'man i am just leveling a Tauren Druid, and i can't wait to quest in Nagrand. One of the most epic places in the World of Warcraft history in my opinion!

  • Nothing can be compared to the first time you play wow...absolutely nothing : )

  • imba goodlike! best openpvp time in bc ever! best game in my life to bc!

PLEASE BLIZZ give us this feeling back! with TITAN pleaSE

  • @mandalop mists of pandaria inc bro

  • cataclysm ruined everything

  • @ismaol1 Exept for Nagrand.

  • My favorite zone ever

  • I wanna cry..

  • You cant say that Blizzard doesn't care about their players, just listen to what they put into the music

  • @TheBigNegus They pay alot of money to make it happen though, and that is only thanks to the players..

  • @Anriel2 Don't think in terms of the suit-wearing businessmen that own the company. Tons of average to lower-average income developers and whatnot put their heart and soul into it. Collectively and at the very top, a few people earn huge checks. But the people that really love the game are those making it, not those advertising it.

  • @TheBigNegus That's not what I meant... It's the players wallet that pays for the music.

  • @Anriel2 Uh, okay? I guess our wallets pay for a lot of things, your point?

  • Yep, that's protoss alright.

  • oh man...that sky....it makes me long for a place I've never even seen before, but i know exists....

  • BC was a big hit after Vanilla, WOTLK & Cataclysm ruined wow otherwise.

  • @Raxxer1993 That's fucking hilarious to me. People complain about each expansion ruining the game. BC, WoTLK, cata. I heard so much shit about how people hated BC.

  • @OnAChairSitting Those are the type of people who complain about any type of change. When they're older they'll be one of those stereotypical adults who claims everything was "better back in my day". Nostalgia blurs reality. Yes, vanilla was probably better community wise for the game, but BC did greatly improve both raiding and PvP and introduce some very nice new features.

After BC came out, Blizzard was bought by Activision, and it went down hill from there.

  • @CaptainOvious123 At least the balance is somewhat back, but I agree, BC was the best expansion there ever was, especially as everyone had their content to get happy with, and they didn't get access to ALL. Did you notice any Karazhan raiders crying about not being able to go to sunwell? No, because they knew it wouldn't happen. Now blizz attempted to do so, and now everybody know it will work.

  • i wish nagrand would be updated with the new graphics engine blizzard is running. it would be amazing-er.

  • Sublime. Just fucking sublime.

  • Pre BC was the funniest but BC was the BEAUTYFULLEST!

  • Cataclysm expansion, two words. After that, it went all downhill from there. This song does bring back some memories. Ah, nostalgia.

  • @ElisaAngel123 Wrath was a joke as well.

  • The lower the volume, the sadder this sounds...

  • Vanilla was the best but BC was the beautifullest. Wow is shit since wotlk. So uggly and the world pvp is dead.

  • I like it how on my server theres a big world pvp in helfire i love it, and oh i go to shat and mount up my nether drake, just for the feeling of the good old days. Nagrand and zangramarsh are my fav! The best of the best soundtrack has to be in zangramarsh, its so unique and perfectly fit for the zone, and it was extremly fun leveling there with that music

  • this music (at the beginning) reminds me of Rachmaninoff piano concerto #2 /watch?v=bAK2J05Vmhc (though it's not surprising as Matt Uelman used parts from Scriabin's Poem of Fire in Outland's music).

  • my favorite zone after elwynn forest its forreal beautiful

  • I wish I could live in Nagrand. The brightness kind of reminds me of like a Mario nintendo game with all the grass but it's amazing. I'd live on one of those platforms in the sky, and just admire all the beauty.

  • World of Warcraft could have been something so much better...

Forgive me for thinking its ruined now...but i just can't love it like i used too...all the easyness all the unoriginal Expansions. Please Blizzard give us a new light! We need more! We need bloody guild castles! We need some kind of honor system again! I remember on my pvp server when high levels let us be! This game caters to god damn children now! Twelve year olds have no business here!

  • Nagrand, Gizzly Hills, Hillsbrad foothills and Sholazar. Nuff said. The very definition of epic zones. Also, ORC'S NEED BLOODY NAGRAND ORC SKINS!!! IT'S IS A REQUIREMENT!!!

  • LOKTAR OGAR MY WARRIORS

  • just want to roll around in the grass and stare at the sky. Nagrand makes the best impression of a wonderland than any other game I've played.

  • The feeling you had, when you start play wow. i miss this feeling. You don't know the game. it was all new for you.

and now, only a suck of cataclysm..

  • Good memories

  • never read so many nerdy comments in my life

  • @MrIAMPSW You're listening to music in World of Warcraft so you have no right to speak about what's "nerdy"

  • @MrIAMPSW

    they're not nerdy, they're descriptive.

  • This is simply amazing. When I visit this zone, I feel isolated from Azeroth knowing that this zone is at another planet and I feel like returning home (Azeroth) but at the same time this zone is just beautiful.

  • @Posterdude95 with the new azeroth outland is definitely my home. it was more or less before anyway but now it's confirmed.. outland is the new BEST PLACE IN WOW

  • My favourite zone is Shadowmoon mostly because of Netherwing ledge, but Nagrand is one of the most beautiful places Blizz ever built

  • @Mayamoto64 ...until you get to halaani basin

  • A mage made one very painfull meeting with a rogue in farming :D

  • I love Nagrand so much, it gave me my beloved Talbuk. I also loved the Mag'har quest line that extends from HP to Org and back here again.

  • @Mayamoto64 exept for an elemental shaman.. its horrible

  • gotta love this song thanks for upload !

  • THE BC NEVER DIES

  • This is the greatest place in WoW. Great music, bombastic landscape and best leveling conditions. TOP!

  • what the hell happened to good music in wow, its almost like blizz stopped making it as soon as wrath came out. i hope they come back with better music in cata =(

  • @LightGenesis1

    Okay, now that's a lie.

The music in Wrath is simply stunning! I LOVED BC, but I also loved Wrath. People put it down waaaay too much. It just confuses me to no end that you find the music in BC to be amazing, and yet not think so of the music in Wrath. Go to Storm Peaks. Grizzly Hills, at the Grizzlemaw place. Even Wintergrasp has amazing music! In fact, its one of my favorite places because of the music. D:

I'm not... chewing it out, even though it seems like it. ><

  • @DreamingRecluse you gotta point stormpeaks music is pretty nice

  • @DreamingRecluse Wrath just simply felt uninspired. Everyone's going to have his/her own opinion but the best memories I had on wow were in BC with the outland zones being infinitely times more unique than the ones in NR. The outlands basically felt like an epic expansion for your character. Even the dungeons felt right. As for the music, I personally never got into much of NR zones' songs except for Grizzly Hills; the song had a nice fit into the atmosphere.

  • @LightGenesis1 Wrath Music was good, but don't worry, Cataclysm has some amazing tracks.

  • I remember the times I roamed in Nagrand with warmth.

  • Nagrand have it´s charm and i have fallen for that charm :P

  • Entering Nagrand at night, sitting on one of those floating rocks and hearing the first 30 seconds of this piece makes me feel there is a beautiful place of equality even I can enter. It doesn't matter whether or not it is fantasy, maybe I can't taste or feel the world on my skin, but it exists. Even better if you have a good mate who's as bored as you :)

Effect lasts until you enter Dalaran, the city of AFKers, and see the flame and the chat plagued by gearscore and other meaninglessness.

  • Arathi Highlands and Nagrand are my favourite areas in WoW

  • Nagrand is my fav outland zone because its looks just so peaceful

  • BC was way much better than wotlk. BC introduced so many things to wow such as heroics, arena, flying mounts aswell as new professions and races. Wotlk didn't really introduce anything new apart from a clearly unbalanced class which is hardly heroic nor needed.

  • Classic wow was simply the best.. I liked BC more than classic but only 'cause I love Flying with mounts and I can'T forget when I had my first flying mount... But wotlk I was playing only 'cause it was WoW and Its game full of friend and memories.. I liked that PvP on wotlk but still I hate wotlk.. And who know what does the Cataclysm will be? Crap or Better than Wotlk? I think that in something it would be 100x better but still it would be crap

  • WOW w/o BC and WOTLK was the best.

  • Nagrand reminds me of Africa, not to mention the Orcs are brown skinned and their towns resemble that of the Zulus. = 0

  • Music from, from paradise :)

  • BC was better than WOTLK

  • @GrandmasterTigerfist It really was, I think WOTLK was the worst expansion of all (However its zones, Graphics, and Soundtracks rivalled that of BC's, not much else did.)

Cataclysm is looking very very hopeful.

  • @GrandmasterTigerfist Main reason being for most people is that it was the FIRST expansion pack, so many new things like the new trees, skills, Flying mounts, bosses, 25 man, etc. This was a shock and aw experience for everyone but with WOTLK it was the same thing again, new skills, new trees, new land, etc.. Nothing that we've already experienced so there was no shock and aw Value to it.

  • Epic

  • good to hear that other people like the natural zones too. it's just not that you need to wipe out alliance + demons + whatever, but it's you practically alone with the nature to survive in.

comes as well with the grizzly hills, my really favorite, especially from the music.

  • ;_:

  • I loved this zone so much while it was a 63 -65 zone I stayed there till around 67 grinding rep with the Kurenai. Or pvping in Halaa I really hope with cataclysm that there are some lore quest that take you back to outlands. *.*

  • I miss nagrand :(, it was/is the best zone ever. The most beautiful place ever made by human kind. Whoever in blizzard came up with that idea of making it, must have a great creativity and fantasy, kudos to him!

  • wotlk locations except for grizzly hills are very ugly and "cold".

  • @Bladez3871 sholzar basin? Looks pretty nice and hot too me.

  • @Basch104 its too dark acctually

  • man always when i woke up in midle of the night i would always hop on wow and go to nagrand and just listen to the music

  • Nagrand, Teldrassil, Ashenvale(T.T" hate that blizz is making horde deforest it and take over it....sooo not right) Feralas and Grizzly Hills are some of the most beautiful places Blizz has created.

  • 2 fave areas

    1 Nagrand

    2 Grizzly Hills

  • Nagrand is the best place in WoW <3<3

  • maybe now you will understand why i love the orcs the most,

    theyr planet is wonderfull

  • @gerillamotherf nagrand is orcs home?

  • @Araaxj well it was

all Draenor is but theyr all whiped out and the remaining survivors are the orcs we are and the fel orcs

  • Anu belorei dalanar..

  • I logged on this morning around 6:30 or so, but the server's time was 4:30 AM, to find myself in Nagrand on the back of by Nether Drake. /This/ wonderful music was playing and then I just happen to look up at the sky. I was blown away, I tell ya. :]

I actually ended up just sitting on one of those floating islands atop Loraku(my drake.. yes I named her :[ ) and just stared out at the sky, listening to the music and the ambient in-game crickets. So relaxing. <3

  • @DreamingRecluse I named my Drake Ivan :)

  • @Mayamoto64 and pink trees everywhere ...u geylord :D

  • @Mayamoto64 yh

  • its not all the night music but anyway :)

the night music reminds me of that pvp place in the centre

  • GOD DAMN IT I need to stop listening to WoW music or I'll get back in it.. Even if all I did was hanging around doing nothing, watching landscape and listening to musics.

  • @Hakkar6993 I second that !!!

damn wow, always pulls me back in... Music to me is so important anyway ! It makes or break movies & games IMO.

  • @gm1850 Right now I'm considering restarting ;_;

  • This track by far is my favorite. I have this on loop everytime I come here. I'm an 80, but I still love to spend time here because of the music and ambiance.

  • My favorite zone in WOW, i was shocked when i saw Nagrand first time. Also in my own opninon Nagrand soundtrack is best music in WOW.

  • yeah Nagrand is my favorite zone in the entire game its rlly peaceful and beautiful

  • Best are in WoW.

    Full stop.

    Everything is beautiful about it.

The rolling hills, the monstrous kodo traversing the plains.

    The little floating islands.

    *sigh*

Didn't spend enough time in this place.

  • if im not in durotar im in nagrand mountain area right off aldor. one of my fav zones in wow, except for the fact it has no dungeons:(.

  • nagrand is by far the best place in burning crusade

  • Best zone in WoW hands down.

  • nagrand is the best :D

  • this is the most beautiful song and beautiful place in wow :)

  • nagrand best place in outland

  • with all the new lands and states in WoW there are like 100places that are like one people in its so Quite and a big world they made.I wish they made it a little bit smalleR!

  • @Grisboll2 Dude... no.. just no.

The expansiveness of WoW is what makes it so amazing!

    It's a world in itself.

Any smaller and it would loose it's 'specialness'

  • nagarand best place in outland ...

  • I think all WoW players wish they could

Just play it forever I know I do haha. It's an amazingly well put together game and it'll always be my favorite.

  • Jesus christ this game is orgasmic @_@

  • nagrand is one of the best places in imo

my favorites are Storm Peaks, Nagrand, Azuremyst Isle's, and Elwynn Forrest.

  • nagrand ftw XD

  • Yeah Nagrand is quite one of the best zones in WoW I just didnt like this Halaa zone because it somehow disturb the peace there, but well beautifull zones had always been battlefields.

  • When i saw arathi highlands, i was like

AW DUDE! this place is nice and green. But i never saw this place yet at the time.

    NAGRAND FTW!

  • Heh, I LOVED Nagrand. Such a neat looking zone from like 400 feet up.. I think I'll go there tonight for a look again lol

  • FOR THE HOORDE !!!! Ah,the burning crusade was so epic :)..better then all,tbc and pre-tbc FTW ^^ !!!!

  • @Zazza2010

Lol, first ppl said BC sucked, then wotlk came out and BC was awesome, then cata came and wotlk was awesome... sigh

  • Yea nagrand is the only zone in Outland thats not completely depressive. I mean just look at zangarmarsh, terrokar, blades edge.. erghhh.

Nagrand, Mulgore, Barrens, Feralas, Tanaris = My favourite zones.

  • And Barrens, Feralas, and Tanaris aren't depressing? Destroy civilizations. Desert. Plains. Terrokar and Zanagarmarsh aren't my favorites, but I'd rather thme over any of the ones you listed. =p

  • No, but barrens, feralas and tanaris are interesting :P

  • @derbigpr500 hmm i dont find zangmarsh depressing, i think its kinda magic :P

  • @derbigpr500 i didn't mind blades edge once i got my flying mount

  • @derbigpr500 You forgot Grizzly Hills ^^

  • @derbigpr500

I think STV is pretty cool too, along with sholazar.

  • @derbigpr500 Don't you find Barrens kind of depressive? Okay, it's bright, but it's all... well.. barren.

And what about Teldrassil and Silvermoon? :P

  • @derbigpr500 Mulgore is possibly the most lovely zone i can think of in WoW. Just something about it that makes the game so warm and welcoming..

  • @derbigpr500 Same goes for Grizzly Hills,

    Thats a nice place too,

  • @derbigpr500

Feralas is a bit depressing imo, especially when it rains.

  • @derbigpr500 good choices :) Kalimdor FTW. lol although i would have to say shadowmoon valley was my favorite out of all the bc zones. Good questing for a troll sham

  • @derbigpr500 Zangarmarsh is one of the coolest places in all WoW. Nagrand is also great. But the best of it is that all these zones are totally unique and original. WoW opened a world of emotions for me, like no piece of art would ever be able to accomplish. I got a USB stick with all these soundtracks and when Im driving in my car and I listen to WoW zone music, even the real world feels epic.

  • @Skandalos May i share you something with you

yes man May i share something with you

Yesterday i went to the forest for mushrooms and i have taken my headphones and played the music in elwynn forest and it was raining a little and i felt like i am there in EF and everything seemed sooo ... there's no words to explain but it was a fantastic experience for me and i'll never forget it like how you said it "even the real world feels epic" :)

  • @Skandalos

Dont get too carried away and try to drive into the next bank with your car using the main entrance. ;)

    Cars do not despawn automatically.

  • @Skandalos same here m8!

  • @derbigpr500 I am sorry to say it buy.. I 100% think that TBC was the best thing ever happened to this entire game! <3

I so clear remember the first time when i reached 58 on my Human warrior with about 14 days play time (Started playing in the end of vanilla) And the first thing who inpressed me was the epicness of that music... And nagrand UM!!!!! So awesome! And Zangarmarsh <3<3 the only depressive zone in TBC was Terrokar forrest for sure... Else... EPICNESS! <3

  • nagrand=ultimate echelonedwow private server survival rp place

  • aside from the Burning legion harvesting from a giant Crack cocaine mountain, Warmaul ogres going around and probally eating people- drenai ancestors slaughtering people... the forge camps....yeah nagrand is peaceful lol--- i love nagrand though- favorite place for me to go- oh and dont forget the gaitn abttlefield in the center of it- halaa.

  • imagine yourself as an orc,

    wandering the montains,

have a visit in the inn,

    asking the spirits for wisdom,

    thats why i love shammans,

  • FOR THE HOOORDE!!!

  • I nostalgia when thinking of nagrand

  • Welcome child,

Welcome to the old orcish home of nagrand,

i hope you enjoy your stay,

    Spirits be with ya!!

  • I was a lvl 66 hunter, grinding primal shadows in nagrand, the music, the zone, the time of golden tbc days..

  • I didn't really get into WoW until BC came out, and even then, the only dungeon I ever did in BC was Hellfire ramparts and Blood Furnace. I really regret not doing any of its end-game material, such as Black Temple or karazhan.

  • Amen dude!

  • Love this music, love this place...

that music reminds me farming eternal shadow for days and days for my first epic cloth things...

    wow. good ole times :,(

  • Miss those days. Farming motes and raids PvP on halaa

  • AHHHHHHH! OH MAN! THIS TAKES ME BACK. I feel like I'm farming Motes or something! Whoa! Powerful stuff. Beautiful.

  • The BEST land of wow! :D

  • oh my god .... this were memories ! i played wow for 2-3 years, ist was the best game eeveeer, then it started to be boring..

but is miss it ! :D

but now im going to play Aion ( A New Online Game ) Aion is very close to WoW ...

  • me too man im on Aion, it feels very different and i think of wow still... =( cant work out if i am really enjoying aion more or just enjoying the change from wow. i'll prob return to wow no doubt but social this time! no more life control

  • Well ya, when wow first came out was like that, but in my opinion it's very casual now, not that i even play it anymore myself!

  • That's why Blizzard tells you at the opening screen to take everything in moderation including WoW. And I raid and have plenty of real life time, but the game has definitely gotten more casual. I do miss the more hardcore-ness of TBC and Vanilla, but now I'm working and don't have the time I had in high school, college, and before I got my job.

  • reminds me of FUCKING death knights Camping me in the WOTLK launch

  • What I wouldn't give to live in Nagrand.

  • yes, me too. Nagrand is one of the most beautiful places in warcraft, and it would be one of the most beautiful places of the real world (if it were real...)

I often just sit around with one of my characters, mostly with my level 19 shamaness and listen to the backgroudnmusic and look over the great area.

It reminds me of beautiful, sad and funny moments i had in the burning crusade- times, before the struggle with the new addon begins. I wish that good old times would came back...

  • me too :)

  • Burning crusade was really beautifull.

  • Remind me of mining :)

  • reminds me of that quest killing 30 this 30 that and then the elite elephant queen

  • nou only have to kill 12 .Which was a ball buster i completed the kil 30 qs day before the patch came out to cange to 12 :o

  • lol yeah that happens

  • lol me too, then they changed it to 12. All that hard work.

  • its like the orc times in nagrand.

    nagrand is so inspiring.

no wonder the orcs where so shamanistic.

i mean serieusly its so beautifull

  • this place reminds me of the pridelands for some reason lol

  • The lake in the South East is so relaxing just to sit and fish

  • anyway, good song.

  • a download link please?? sound format.

  • Thank you very much for uploading this theme of Nagrand.

  • :|

    Biggest contradiction ever?

  • FUCK YEAH SEAKING

  • Nagrand is my favourite place in Outland by far, It's the only place where it's actually bright and happy, other than dark and gloomy like all the other bc leveling zones.

  • I totally agree, i could just level there for so long ,doing so stupid immense pulls just for fun, not for any profit

  • My favorite land :') it is so beautifuul...

  • This theme reminds me of Durn the Hungerer. Big time

  • I thought the best spots in WoW were where Nesingewary ended up lol

    Stranglethorn Vale :D

    Nagrand :D x2

    Sholazar Basin :D

    all ftw lol
