Check out the the documentary "Dark Days" with ppl living poor underground in new york I just remembered It form 2000, It's informative & atmospheric.. good instrumental score with DJ shadow. Also check out "Gummo" (1997) which is creepy in an artistic independant film way the whole thing is real I think. Also have you seen a bank hold up movie with these kids called "Pup" & Bully was a good based on-true story about florida murder with "Marty" a bunch of teens It's cool(released in 2000)

It is a Mexican Movie (not spanish)... and yes ... there are dubbed versions .... but they are a lot better in the original language .... by the way ... there's part I and II and they are heavily influenced by The Evil dead.... they are really good and feature really creepy and tounge-in-cheek secuences

Thanks, i love "The Quiet Earth" probably cos its one of the first and only New Zealand Science fiction films, i got a nice poster from France of it recently, some of the scenes in Quiet Earth were used in "I am Ledgend" .. but thats ok...Quiet Earth is weid and not traditional narative i think.. probably quite slow for people now...

The Orphanage wasnt scary, but I really liked the story, the movie was good! what is it that you dont like about AVP Requiem? I thought it was better than the first AVP. Dimension Extreme is defintely hit or miss company. Black Sheep is funny to watch, give it a viewing for sure! you will enjoy yourself.
