PETA's euthanization rate has consistently been over 90% for years. Yet the people who surrender their pets to PETA are being told they're being evaluated for potential adoption. PETA's euthanization rate has consistently been over 90% for years. Yet the people who surrender their pets to PETA are being told they're being evaluated for potential adoption. Do you think people would give their pets to PETA if they knew that they had a 9 in 10 chance of being put down? Any shelter in the country with a euthanization rate of 90% would be under criminal investigation. They should at least make an effort to re-home those animals instead of just "killing to be kind".

The disclaimer at the end says that "Pagan Ron" speaks for no one but himself. I couldn't have said it better myself.
Nowhere in this video is any evidence presented of PETA using violence. Why? Because they don't. Yet the video uses insinuation to make its point.
The individual mentioned in the arson was not acting under direction from ALF, but on his own. Also, the building was uninhabited. Thus, the act was illegal, but it was an act of vandalism, not terrorism.

PETA euthanizes animals, and as such it makes no sense to a reasonably reasonable person that PETA would condemn another group for doing so. If PETA has been vocal about a shelter's kill method, then that shelter uses the gas box or is injecting paralytics into the hearts of conscious animals.
PETA, the HSUS, and The American Humane Association consider intravenous injection of sodium pentobarbital into the leg to be the ONLY kind and compassionate method of euthanasia.

Cruelty is defined by how you kill, gradual or level of warranted. Death should not be decided by level of importance. If peta can not house the animals, then peta should stop taking in the animals, and make it clear they do not have enough income to house animals. Make it clear to everyone "We can not afford the animals brought here so we put them down, please take them elsewhere" . That is a fair solution.

Diabetics do not suffer life-threatening side effects from synthetic insulin; they suffer from hypoglycemia, which is, unfortunately, a life-threatening symptom of the disease not completely treatable by insulins, synthetic or otherwise.
Synthetic antivenom can in fact be generated by injecting venom into human diploid cells to produce antibodies, which are then extracted and purified from the cell serum. Simply because it is not being done does not mean that it cannot be done.

Thanks to animal based testing, HIV positive humans now have access to countless medicines that prevent the onslaught of AIDS. allowing them to live relatively normal lives.
