Where do you live? Some countries have got rid of analogue TV and are going with digital signals only.. already

wondering if you could help me...
ive got one but it doesn't work. its got 4 aa batteries, what seems to be a perfectly functioning antenna but it still doesnt work. the green (or red) line keeps scanning the screen but nothing shows up. could you please help me?

very cool i just picked mine up today for 6 dollars but we dont have analog tv in america anymore
