Ok that is not entirely true and I am just judging the previews but I know this is really small detail and people will only see it if they look hard but in the book Percy Jackson's family is supposed to be really poor and not able to afford much stuff but in the movie he has an iPhone I haven't checked the prices lately but I am sure its pretty expensive I mean in the book he didn't even hav a regular phone or a cheap one!!!

The movie is extremely inaccurate to the books. First of all, Grover is dipicted as a caucasian satyr while in the movie he is black. Second Anabeth has blonde hair in the books, while she has brown hair in the movie. The characters are also very much overage to take these roles, and some scenes are not accurate. I will give only one example. Nobody attacks the heroes while they leave the Lotus Casino, and in the movie, they are brutally chased and attacked. I'll see it nevertheless though! :))
