I think it would be better to drink the famous Turkish alcholic drink "Raki" with the meze. Traditionally meze is a starter for drinking, joghurt is not the best choice:)) There are many nice traditional meyhane (drinking houses) on the Beyoglu district and Istiklal street. Future visitors may visit there, it's very nice.
