Can any move be higher than x4 effective? would a thunderpunch be any more effective from an electric pokemon versus a neutral one?

@mizukage7668 yes it will. because it gets STAB(Same Type Attack Bonus) which means that if a pokemon uses and offensive move of the same type as it is, the attack will get a 1.5x increase in power
