Truly words to live by. Nothing is handed to you on a sliver platter. At least not for the average person. Actually brought tears to my eyes. Even being tired, worn down and in pain, Rocky is still trying to set an example for his son by backing up his words. He said to him earlier outside his restaurant, about life hitting harder than anyone or anything. To me.. this is the best Rocky movie ever. More teens should watch this movie and realize what it really takes to be successful! The best!

When I was watching this scene of the movie...... i thought to myself... "get up"..... and in that instant, rocky said.."get up"...... the second time he said "get up" I felt there was a little emotion missing..... and I frankly would have loved it, if instead of Rocky saying "get up" that second time, they would have had put in mickey's voice.. saying...... "GET UP YOU SON OF A BITCH....cause mickey loves ya'"... it would have had been wonderful... *sigh*

Ya know...this actually wasn't a half bad movie. At first I was scared they were going to have Rocky win the fight...which would not have been realistic. But in the end, he did not win the fight. However he acomplished what he needed to. He also knew it really was time to walk away for good.

The only thing missing in that scene of pure cinema at its finest was a clip of Mickey yelling 'Get up you son of a bitch!' at the top of his lungs... i still got man-tears watching it though! Classic!
