Nice. Always liked this version. Except that this version is not Full Orchestral. In fact there is no orchestra at all. This is all performed by a series of synths. This arrangement was adapted and performed by Joel Goldsmith. son of the late Jerry Goldsmith composer of this theme music.

It was the second track of a special 3 track CD released by Crescendo Records featuring this, another "pop" version, and the original TV recording of Voyager's Theme.

What if in the next Star Trek movie if a war happened and all ships were called to the front to battle against a near-industructable ship and one of the ships clearly rams it lowering its shields thus causing it to be defeated. But while crashing the Voyager theme can be heard. I think that would be a good enough send off.

Sure, they all screwed up at one point or another, but almost all of them were shining examples of Starfleet's values at the end of the day.

@123rabz Completely disagree. DS9 was boring and had no imagination. There was absolutely NO depth. TNG had the best captain, you gotta love Jean Luke. But as far as the show goes, it sucked compared to Voyager. Everything about Voyager is amazing. The show has so much depth to it, so many levels. It's about family, it's about everything important. And it's theme communicates that fully, because it's so beautiful and emotional.

Alternate timelines. Star Trek's time travel is always different in each episode it's shown in, but in general, the multiple parallel realities concept is in effect. I assume the older Janeway was just from another reality that would have branched from the younger Janeway's own.
