The "DrumMasters" Video Song Pack doesn't teach any technique, just 100's of great songs instead. Thanks for your interest and please get back to me if you have any further questions!
your videos are fantastic and I'm a huge fan. I've been paying pretty close attention to this vid, and one tiny little detail may be off, at 8:35 on the beginning "pick up", you do a RR LL, and you say you're doing a RR LL, but the sheet music seems to say RLRL. on the and of 4. Am I wrong?
Hey Rob, I really appreciate all the free dum videos! I was just wondering could you do a drum tutorial on Paramores Careful. The part what catches me out really is 1.06 - 1.18 section, it is really tricky and I have been trying to cover it for a long time now but can't quite work it out. It would be great if you could. Thanks and keep up the good work!
I know thounds stupid, but would you mind making a video about the moeller technique, or could you please try to give me some advice, my drum teacher wants me to improve it, I just can't nail it, if you could do this I would really appretiate it :D
@Jellybeanamania That's a good suggestion for a video subject, I have no plans to do any in the near future though. Sorry I can't help you right now but thanks for your interest and good luck with your learning! Rob
I have a question about double stroke rolls, Are you supposed to play them by using the bounce or using your wrist for each hit, I've been told both ways before so I want clarification
@872andy872 It's a bit of both really. One wrist movement for the first stroke and then allowing the stick to bounce a second time and using the fingers to control the second bounce. It's impossible to describe in this text box so my advice is to do a bit of searching on Youtube for a good double stroke lessons. Best of luck and thanks for your interest! Rob
@872andy872 Check out Tommy Igoe's DVD "Great Hands For A Lifetime". He goes through some basic mechanics at the beginning that will answer your question and you'll be able to see him demonstrate (he's an awesome player). Plus, the other content in the dvd is very very good!
Thanks man another great video i was just in the middle of learning this song by chance and this video really helped me out, do you think you could do some lessons for the fills for JET are you gonna be my girl? i would be much appreciative if you could

@872andy872 1 wrist movement. Use your fingers to control the bounce.
Pauliewanna has a good video on how to properly play a double stroke (Plus loads of great Rush covers.)
