@VRJaguarandi about what he is doing @ 4:52. I'm a student of Master Herbert, and I asked him if what he is doing is chi ( Energy) and if he can really do it, so he said that it's possible but for that u have to meditate for years and he can't do it. so he showed me the video and he said that i should look at his left foot what he is doing is he is pressing a pressure point on the opponents foot and it's unbearable pain. he did it to me and i was on the ground in no time. :)
