@MrArmtrong Actually, even in the alpha phase of SC2, there wasn't an "Odin". That was the Thor back when it used to be huge and really slow. The one you get in multiplayer now is smaller, more compact one and has higher DPS.

They did reuse the old Thor model and made it into Tychus' Odin you see in the campaign.

@williamfan210 keep in mind that this vid was made in 2007 back when sc2 was still in it's alpha stage, campaign wasn't complete yet, and the titan was what the thor was at the time before they changed the design scheme, Blizzard announced all these units but also did specify that the game's unit design and content was potentially subjective to change before the games final release....Everyone! check the youtube vids posted date before commenting!

@crofosha This video was made in 07 you retard. This was what the SC II told us. Then they edited everything. Like Thor that was built by SCVs is the one Tychus drives in the campaign which is like 2x stronger, larger than the regular Thor we know in the multiplayer. Blizzard realized it was OP so they made regular smaller thors.

The diamondback was originally called the cobra, and was intended to be part of the new unit selection for Terrans. But, it was eventually scrapped for various reasons, probably because it would be seriously overpowered. Same applies to the Predator and possibly the Spectre.

@noiselessharbin Marines are not weak at all. Thier primary purpose is to sit in bunkers and shoot out from them. You get 6 marines in a bunker with some scvs to repair it and a siege tank for some heavy supporting fire and not much will get past them.

I like to wall off choke points with bunkers and mount seiged tanks up on near by cliffs to bombard incomming ground targets. That is pretty much my anti ground plan. The rest I rely on air units for. I like thier mobility.

theres a lot of changes now to starcraft2 and this video is 2007 the reaper can fly up and down hill.i dont know if the cobra will be in the game anyways.the banshee now shoots 2 missles to a single target only .the command centers planetary fortress has a long weopen cooldown and deals more damage i think.and it has the orbital command thing upgrade.(havent know wat its use is)
