Thanks for this video. I am not "officially" diagnosed as I'm still vascillating about the laparoscopy but, after years of pain, I'm pretty sure it is....That, or an unruly alien is living in my abdominal cavity...I'm going to try and adopt this plan to see if it makes a difference!
