yes its because of your eyes following the vertical track for so long

yea i know what your saying. what helped me ALOT was i would hook up my headphones to my computer speaker. unplugged my bass. blasted my speakers untill i could only hear the song and play to it unplugged. you could hear the song bass even more, i don't know if it works for you but it got me more coordinated. just took alot of practice

Sight Reading is pretty much playing the first time. so the very first time ever, not playing it the first time that day, so lets say YOU play piano, and you can read music, i give you sheet music for some song and you play it right there after i gave it to you. understand?
