Movement Disorder spasms

i am dealing with this also (crps in all limbs) and it's about to drive me (and everyone around me) batty. it's weird, the most painful part of it, in my legs, for example, is not visible. i have spasms in my forearm - the latest - to the extent that the muscles/connective tissue hurt afterward - but you can't see it happening. the feet, highly visible, also my left hand, which curls downward. i am praying for an end to this, as "just" dealing with crps is already enough. good luck to you!.

My last post I mention an MRI scan,As I have this problem you may have the same as me,My vertebra at L5/S1 have slipped also the disc is bulging onto the spinal cord,My surgeon wants to do nerve decompression at this area,removing the disc and fusing the bone,I wont know if it works until it has been done.All the best hope you get this sorted.

I get this in my left leg,it starts on the side of my ankle just twitching to start with ,then Bang,muscle spasms in my foot and ankle,also in all different areas in my leg,it's a killer,so far I've had 3 spasms today.Had this now for four years after having nerves cut in my neck for neck and arm pain,Last week I had a nerve block at L5/S1 in my lower back,..I feel so sorry for you I hope you get a solution soon,,do you have pain in the lower back or buttock? if so maybe an MRI scan may help.

Sometimes my foot holds the same position and I can't lift it up as hard as I try, why this happens?

I get this too, right before a full blown seizure. after the foot goes, then dystonia in my arm and BAM* right into a seizure. It hurts so much and I am so sorry you have to endure any of this. When I first saw this, I thought, "I don't have that." Well, a few months later, I did! I am so sorry. love, Sami

i thought that is a cramp, i get those too, you just have to stand on it at certain angles, not let it be, thats the worse

crazy, I have this exact same symptom. Although not limited to one area, this is the place that hurts the most and is the most obvious to others.

You poor thing, I don't believe I've had it in my feet, I've only had calf spasms... the calf ones hurt like a bitch, so I can't imagine how bad these ones are.
