hahahah, Dont forget about Paul Hausser, the First Waffen SS General to command a Field Army. Hes one of my Favorite Generals of all time. I greatly respect the man. He went against Hitler at Kharkov and saved alot of Soldiers and made a marvilous counterattack with the Premier SS Divisions.

Not everyone knows the story of WW2 including many who think they do. You gotta respect their military and their professionalism. It was the best in the world. You dont have to respect the cause although to some degree the rest of the world created this nightmare.

you dont always have to pick on the germans it was a very dark hour in history but you dont have to stirp up wounds, people dont forget it but i think there are also very very dark hours in american history for example slavery

Not everybody in germany is a "nazi". You are more patriotic than the most germans but you are proud everytime proud. but why??? You are proud about the dark sides of your country too!

We do this because people forget. I have people approach us when we do displays at air shows and they do not know a damned thing about WW2. It's shameful. None of the re-enactors promote hate, only an interest in what really took place. In a few short years we won't have anyone to ask what really happened. Hopefully, we can tell our children what our Grandparents have told us. That is why we do it.

Cool video! It really looks like old footage EXCEPT for the zooms - I've NEVER seen a zoom used in WW2 battle footage. If you really want to give your videos that vintage look, you should stay at a shorter focal length. The fast shutter and high contrast look great though! Awesome...

Guys, this is really well done. However, I think you should include some sort of disclaimer in the videos. Of course (I trust) you have no political views in re-enacting Nazis, but not everybody who watches these videos may fully appreciate this. For what it's worth, I had one grandfather in the SS and one who was killed by the SS.
