@dealmeidaable They are moderate liberals. Their values tend to be geared toward the left, but the idiots on both the far left and far right are fair game.
@u2b4u2b don't hate on him dude, we all have different opinions formed through our different upbringing and environment we have experienced them, if you hate on him then that makes you really no different to be honest. Rather than name-calling, which makes you look immature, you could raise intelligent questions.
at 0:19 he says "No, that's not..." and then you notice a cut. He was gonna say "No that's not true" but they cut it out! xD They censored this shit so as not to make it seem like O'Reilly wasn't telling the truth and admitting that he was wrong, even if it's in a joke. :D taht's just so weak
@OhioGoessWay They didn't cut it out, I think he just caught himself. Chris Wallace also asked Stewart if he'd ever voted for a GOP for President and he voted for Bush Sr over Dukakis. Stewart told Larry King that if the government was efficient and left Americans with the feeling of hope and confidence, he'd have no trouble making fun of something else.
It's actually not that out of context... Jon Stewart is a moderate, I'm sure he's got absolutely no problem voting for a Republican if that particular candidate isn't batshit insane.
Yes, I could see voting Republican as well if the Republicans are actually able to put forth a reasonable candidate for once. That's a mighty big "if" though. Since I've been of voting age, my choices on the Republican side have been Bush/Cheney, Bush/Cheney, and McCain/Palin.
well wtf do you expect, im liberal but not keeping an open mind in politics is worse than bad as voting republican, i mean i hate fox news but cant some of you guys understand that politics arent good vs evil, so to speak. We americans are not obligated to pick a side and stick with it, that goes against the fundamental ideas of democracy.
Ron Paul 2012! He is the only constitutional Republican candidate that can win votes from democrats, thus, stealing votes from Obama and stopping his reelection.
John here is just making a concession that if a republican had something with which he could agree, then he'd vote. But its really about hte issues to him, as we'll likely see during the full thing.
I think Stewart may only be considering Republican Ron Paul - out-righting the right, and out-lefting the left - in all the right ways (supporting our liberties and the Constitution)
@vVv11511vVv bahahahaha you kids are so dumb. You listen to Stewart because he's "cool" to listen to and It's "cool" to know who Ron Paul is, but Stewart would NEVER vote for Ron Paul. Stewart is all government control and Paul is completely against it. He just said in this video he wants assault weapons banned. You think Ron Paul would vote for that? If you do... HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA you are ignorant. Stay on the bandwagon. It's comfortable.
@vVv11511vVv Jon Stewart seems to support regulation and many Obama policies. However, he also respects Paul, which some in the media seem not to. Funny how the most reasonable anchor on TV runs the comedy show.
Hahaha, the guy who clipped this must think everyone's an utter moron.

This is hilarious. Stewart and Colbert are just about the most liberal personalities on cable. To suggest anything different is just silly.
