Man I remember the thrill and the challenge of playing as a beastmaster solo and how much respect you got for being a hog level BM.

Lots of good memories. It would be fun to relive some of them through this game in a way.

The only thing this game does for me is bring back nostalgia from playing FF11.

In terms of next generation MMORPG games it does nothing for me. It feels like this game is just FF11 with better graphics and a few extra features...

Oh well. At least playing FF11 back in the day with all my buddies was a blast.

Turn off the music. Just play game sound, if you're not going to have a commentary.

It looks so stupid to have a ranged weapon used in melee.

They should have done it the way hunters worked in WoW - with a minimum range for missile fire.

Hey, nice video, I wanted to ask something though, I want to return to this game and read in a lot of places, that you need to get Shell, Protect and Second Wind as fast as you can to help you lvl, are those skills helpful with the archer class?

Also, by any chance do you know the starting dates of the summer event that's supposed to happen in august?

@KratosDivine Getting Shell, Protect, Second Wind and Sacrifice helps with solo survival, so I would highly recommend getting those for any class you have in mind with playing including the archer class.

SE hasn't announce yet the dates when they will release the summer event but in one of the recent Producer Letters he mentioned the summer event was planned for early August.

@student908065 yea the gameplay is completely different than Vindictus. Vindictus is your typical hack-n-slash MMO where as Final Fantasy XIV is the strategy-based MMO
