He made the same mistake in the previous video - 20 bits represent 1 MEGAbyte, not a GIGAbyte. Still a great video.

4 Bits = 1 Nybble
8 Bits = 1 Byte
16 Bits = 2 Bytes (Word)
32 Bits = 4 Bytes (DWord)
64 Bits = 8 Bytes (QWord)

Yes 20 bit ==> 2^20 differewnt combinations.
1mb=1024*1024bytes=2^20 bytes
the sytem is taken as each mem location has 8 bits and hence no.of possibilities are 2^20(as byte=8 bits)
so 1MB is pointed out by 20 adresslines
