Kohler Karbon Faucet

sorry but what a waste of 1.20, surely the point of this video is to show the product yet you have to sit through over a minute of flowing water (thanks Kohler, I know what water looks like) just for a quick 10 second glance at the product.

I'd have rather seen how the tap operates etc...

i worked for store in Brookyn NY years ago and customer returned 6 year old toilets ones with motor to flush better and i was amazed that Kohler took them back and give customer replacement credit !!!

Scabberdoug...there's a lifetime warranty on the finish. I have known people to call them and get free parts and products through the mail.

The issue I've found with Kohler products is that they seem so focused on appearance that they don't seem to care about how well the product works or how long it lasts. I have two faucets and a $1,200 shower door that is a piece of crap. Looks good though.
