There's no Guild Wars Private Server, because the files that ArenaNet use are extremly secret & has not been taken/given to the community, If you know a guild wars private server tell us, for example on WoW You can just change Realm List, but Guild Wars doesn't got one, or anything that you can change so you can play a Private Server. Also, those who steal the files gets sued.

I have one of these. They're not quite THAT flashy, there's something wrong with the video. They're essentially a giant sparkly crystal, that's purple, with gold bits.

The flash or glow is affected by the dye you put in it.

No, the cracks in the shield are affected, i'm fully aware of this, but the "flash" and "glow" are completely unaffected by dye.

PS:You can't see the cracks in this video due to the low quality, but they're not major unless you put certain dyes on it.
