Snake's more believeable than a red coat wearing fag with white hair. Well at least in MGS3. Snake is THE master of cqc and could kick Dante's ass in melee combat with ease.

Dante was so shit he got replaced by a pre-pubesent with a metal glove. Said glove was probably designed to be shoved up Dante's hole whilst he furiously comb's his flowing hair. Yes Snake was replaced with Raiden but even that nutsack could take Dante.
@maxouventura Raiden made a huge comeback in MGS 4 but you're wrong, Dante is inhumanly strong. The sad matter of fact is that Dante would win the fight hands down. But knowing Dante he's going to make every little thing he does to Snake bad-ass so that way Snake gets some cool publicity to. BTW Nero eventually takes Dante's place. That's why they hadded him to the DMC series.
Ofcourse Snake is just a man but Dante is also a half breed any attack that would chop his head or arm off would be fatal just like to Snake,you cant match them because Snake and Dante's realities differ.

But who cares, you made a game with cool characters! Game makers today are such retards for not realizing this absolutely genius idea.
There's one thing I wonder about Dante : WHY THE GODDAMN FUCK WAS HE REMOVED ?! (Yeah, for those who didn't know, according to the Soulpedia, he WAS supposed to be in the game, but he didn't make it !)

I also did find it odd that 3 didn't have any guest characters. SC2 had Heihachi, Link and that angry dude from the comics and SC4 had Vader and Yoda.
Oh hang on unless it was because they released the character creator? I think SC3 was the first of the SC series to have the character creator and maybe because of that they didn't add any 3rd party characters to it.
