Most attorneys & women's supporters advise moms to make False Abuse Allegations as normal, primary means to win custody & divorce, winner takes all. 3/4 of divorced DADS in my area experience false allegations PLUS parental alienation.
Most parental alienation accompanies HER false allegations resulting in mothers having sole custody with most dads alienated from their kids.
Most GAL's & other court hangers-on support the rot lest they lose their seat at this banquet on children's flesh.

Parental Alienation is getting to much attention when Parental Kidnapping (visitation and communications interference) is being ignored just as the courts are ignoring fathers by the courts (even with a preponderance of evidence). The courts do not care about the child because that are "NOTHING MORE THAN A CIVIL MATTER." Women get the "GET OUT OF JAIL FREE CARD" or file false allegations and get away with it while the FATHER is left holding the bill.

I hear a lot of "alienated" parents say "That's me", "That's me", "That's me"... but when they argument their case it turns out that the kids really wants visitation and the kids loves them deeply. This is cases where one alienist is just basically annoying, TRYING, BUT FAILING - turning the kids. A critical acceptance of the manifestation is needed to have it approved when it's really there - or else we are ALL alienated after a divorce

Hello Amy. Thanks for performing but I miss one important perspective - the "unaware Parental alienation" where the alienist is not intending and truly don't want the alienation to manifest - but because of their basic personality - often aggressive - the result is the same - the child gets the syndrome with all the frustration... this way the alienist can very convincingly claim that they have no intention of turning or brainwashing the child...

Good point you make, so preventing pas is a education process too. to help the ignorant understand what they are doing, often narcissitic arrogant parents have no idea what the damage is they are doing
