The song is 'Love Is Standing Near' by Night Ranger off their 1987 album 'Big Life'.

Looks like the vid is mostly excerpts from Whitesnake's 'is This Love' and 'Still Of The Night' clips though i don't recognize the opening fragment with the two vampire chicks.
