I honestly can't say if I liked the music or not. All I can think is "This IS NOT The Pipettes!". They sound like nothing but another electro indie pop band. It's very very sad actually.

I love this song, and the video. But Ani's hair? why? No offence to her, but Gwenno's costume and hair looks much nicer than Ani's. I wonder if it was purposely done like that..... I feel like Gwenno is trying to be the "head of the band" again. I love Ani's voice, and she's absolutely beautiful. They harmonize so nicely. :)

@gjedson New observation: This song still adheres to one of the tenets of the original Pipettes mission statement: The wall of sound concept. Although not '60s girl group sounding, the song is very well filled in with backing vocals that gives it a smooth richness. But just like the previous rendition of the Pipettes, it cannot be fully duplicated live. With only two of them now, perhaps they should try to fill the live sound in with 2 or 3 backing vocalists.

This song is better than the spaceman one. I plan to get the new album when it comes out, but I anticipate that I won't like it as much as the first one. I'd probably like it better if they didn't call themselves The Pipettes. This is new enough personel and new enough sound to call themselves something else. To me, the Gwenno, Ani, Anna rendition was closer to the last rendition of the Pipettes and I liked the songs they presented at the time.

I love this song. Hate Gwenno though. Glad she finally found a style that fits her voice, but she still seems like she's trying to over power the other person, and I like the new girls voice much better.

Gwenno harmonizes much better with Ani than she did with Roasy and Riotbecki; it seemed as though the three were almost always trying to sing over each other, but it added to their charm.

Part of me misses the old Pipettes, but I do enjoy the new direction they've taken. If you really dislike the new Pipettes then go back and listen to the old music instead of raging everywhere.
