  • God, her voice is beautiful.

  • Why can't every guy's wife sing that to him? It would make us feel better about ourselves. :)

  • her cheek bones are outta this world

  • Morse and Lee have such wonderful chemistry together. Try viewing this while listening to Michele Lee, but keeping your eyes on Robert Morse. His reactions to her are so touching and so genuine! Wouldn't it be cool if she could make an appearance as an old flame of Bert Cooper's in Mad Men?!

  • The chemistry between Morse and Lee is unbelievable -- and the melody is haunting... I tried to listen to the revival soundtrack for a few minutes but found it sloppy sounding (is it just me?) -- Baffled...

  • @EddieLandsberg The new revival soundtrack is okay, but there's something missing. They sing it well, but they just don't put enough emotion into the singing, in my opinion. There's no real chemistry between the leads, either. The 1995 revival with Matthew Broderick and Megan Mullally was better than the new revival. But neither of the revivals compare to the original! I just stick to the original soundtrack and movie. =)

  • @DorisDayFanatic 200% agreed. I think the old Broadway actors BECAME their characters... they were also under a lot of pressure because they were directly competing with other shows, so they had to put a lot of work into bringing something to their roles. I think a lot of today's actors, just see a show as another gig... and some leads know people will see it because THEY'RE in it.

  • Nice use of the stereo mix. Excellent.

  • Just as I remembered. Great singer.
