Everyone talks about Church's lines (Both of 'em. ;)) But my personal favorite was 4:08 - 4:18. I'm a huge Wash fan, and the music at 4:18 as Wash backpedals while slowly looking up at his former comrade really does it. The final confrontation of ReConstruction is amazing because there's really no physical battle. Just a bunch of guys standing around talking and shooting people they work with.

The director made the Alpha AI (Church) based on his own mind and made Tex (the only other AI that wasn't a fragment) based on the memories of someone he loved but lost. He was satisfied at the end because it haunted him as to whether or not he would sacrifice himself to try to protect/save Tex (the real Tex that he knew), and the actions Church took for Tex throughout showed him that he would.

I remember seeing this series years ago, and finding it hilarious, but a little primitive. Like every punch line was either a vulgar line by Tucker, or a stupid one by Caboose. After watching this season, I couldn't stop watching. Phenomenal voice acting, great plot, I'm hooked. This series should be made into a continuous movie. Perhaps when it's over, they should make an hour-long send off of non-stop futtbucking. Thank you, Rooster Teeth. This series is phenomenal.

The director split his mind to go into alpha and then the alpha since he was half of the director was human enough to think he was a human so when the freelancers tried to get to him they hid him at a outpost where he even didnt know that the alpha (himself) was there.
