you have good form. i would also agree with munkeyboyguy on his last point. even though kenpo is a flowing art, there should always be an element of power. visualizing the attacker helps greatly with this as does practicing the individual techniques on peers.
You have the same issue I do. You and I look down a lot. I have the form committed to memory but I do not "see" the attacker during the form. I suggest to try and visualize the attack, face your opponent weather he be standing or bent over, and perform this form with power as if you were being assaulted.
I would have to say it looks better than some of the Short 3 forms that are "taught" to "students" in most Kenpo Schools - some prime examples of what I am speaking of are posted right here on youtube!
Good job. I'm am impressed. Tighten up "Wings of Silk"'s footwork and you'll end up where you started. Also "up-down-up-down" refering to Conquering Shield (you shortcutted it a bit). Keep it up, Nicely Done!
