First I was addicted to runescape, then Diablo 2, then World of Warcraft, then Warcraft 3.
Now I quit all of them mostly.
I probably play a few hours every weekend of computer on youtube and stuff but I'm in year 10 and got a lot of homework to do.
It was hard to quit but once I deleted all my characters and gave away all my items then I felt no reason to play so I reckon that was the easiest way for me to quit.
