I love this song in japanese as well! I wish there was a better translation of it into english. Also wish I could find the mp3 of her singing it without Fai talking... in english though. All the music is great from this anime. I've got my 14 yr old boy hooked on the series and he wanted all the music for his player. Thanks for posting it!

My last comment is one of MY personal reasons for not liking dub. (Other han the fact that I like japanese voice actors better.)

A lot of english dub change the original meaning a lot. Even if it's not so dramatic here, i still think it's quite different and darker with Fai actually saying that he thinks Kurogane would hate him for wanting someone to save him..For being weak..

This dub seems shallow and cliche to me, in comparison to the original..

Just my opinion though..

I've always thought that Kurogane was in love with Princess Tomoyo from his world, but everyone's entitled to their own opinion. The only way to verify is to ask CLAMP themselves. Also, did the anime keep the moment when Fai and Kurogane bring liquor back from Clover and Syaoran, Sakura, and Fai get drunk? (If it's in this clip, I'm writing this before I've watched the video.)

There is nothing betwen Kurogane and Tomoyo. Tomoyo is in love with Sakura. That is canon.

Kurogane X Fai is also considered canon by everyone who is familiar with CLAMPs works. It became canon through statements such as Fais; "Me and Kurogane have already crossed the line"

And Tomoyos "If you wish with all your heart to keep him by your side, exchange for him that of equal magic." Add that to the fact that Clamp is famous for their same sex couples and it's pretty obvious.

It kinda sux cuz no matta how hard kurofai fans want clamp to hurry up and make those two a couple...they wont. they just put in ALOT of hints and double edged words but we know (even though it breaks my heart) clamp isnt all that wish granting when it comes to shounen-ai (...or yaoi ^_^). EVen so i will NEVER give up hope! Its like Toya/Yukito all over again! Ohwell as long as neither of them die then we can always keep making up stories that ended up together!

I like the dub. I mean, it's Funimation, right? And they normally do a good job. People only complain because they've drilled the original dub into their minds. It's what they're comfortable with.
