what does this incease or decrease power?

@Mrengineerwannabe1 It keeps oil vapor out of the intake, which keeps the engine cleaner inside. A BIGGER crankcase breather also would help with power, because on a single cylinder motor every time the piston moves up air has to move into the crankcase through the breather, and when the piston goes down the air has to move back out, so a better flowing breather lets it do this easier which frees up some power that would be used up trying to pump the air back and forth.
