yeah ive rolled my ankle like that before comeing out of tumbling, i couldn't walk so i decided i was going to finish my rutine with tumbling and all. I'm so smart! i limped off the floor! :)
ive just had something like that happen to me we were doing warm-ups n i landed a jump icorrectly now its sprained cant do gymnastics for 2 week and have 4 paracetamol a day (which is the maximum on normal paracetamol) and it still kills
That was great. The foot thing though... I did the same thing MANY time after my saltos landing and everytime I though I cracked it all but nope. I am doing more saltos and staff. GYMNASTICS FOREVER :)
I really love the fact that you're ready to fight for what you want, and that you practice that hard. Oh, and sorry about your foot :/ Must have hurted! Well. You're better than I am, and i've been doing this for about 5-6 years now. You're a really big inspiration to me. I just wanted to let you know :)
everybody seems to forget that these people do hard training because of their love of the sport, so I dont think it's as sad as many people think
