House of Pain's first album went multi platinum, all of their other albums went gold, and Whitey Ford Sings the Blues(the album this song is off of) went 3x platinum and Eat At Whitey's went gold. His newer stuff with La Coka Nostra could be considered underground, but it's pretty ludicrous to say Everlast isn't main stream.
