  • I now love that song, now that i put it in context. Inspiring. Thank you.

  • I would have watched your video, but the song was horrible that I had to stop it after 5 seconds

  • sweet!

  • Obtain a current guidebook. Those published by the ATC, and the "Thru-Hiker's Handbook" (Dan "Wingfoot" Bruce" are highly recommended. There's an excellent article on Lyme Disease and hiking the AT in a recent ATC Journal (bi-monthly magazine). Snakes, black bear, skunks, ticks are out there and you should definitely learn what to do if and when you encounter them.

  • nice video! i am planning to hike the appalachian trail. i have a pretty good idea of what to bring with me, but idk. any tips???

also did you run into any problems like ticks, lyme disease, black bear, snakes? PLEASE respond! thank you!!

  • My son and hubby are on this section right now. Looks like lots of rain and water to drink. Fun.

  • nicely done, i start my thruhike NOBO in march and I cant wait!

  • "Feel the rain on your skin, no one else can feel it for you..." Great song for an AT video. Kudos.
