  • This is fantastic. Looks so effortless. I hope I have this kind of pull-up strength one day.

  • i can't understand how a human can get such power

  • Love it.

  • goddamn, reminds me of something ezio or altair would do

  • Great work mate. (From a man who loves his pull ups.)

  • man you are a beast. this is some incredible bicep strength, you looked like you were just floating up that pegboard :P

  • You're pretty strong..see if you can do it with 35kg on your back ;)

  • You're my hero, man! If I ever attain half the strength you do, I think I can die happy.

  • one time my friend was doing the peg board and the peg wouldn't come out so he pulled real hard and it came out and he gave himself a black eye and fell

  • exelent man, bravo

  • i love this bloke, check out his website 4 brilliant tutorials on a plethora of exercises.A super motivator, Bathurst is the best!

  • @cranebeg Jefe, what is a Plethora?

  • Good ££££!!!!

  • Holy crap

  • Once again an old school piece of equipment back where it belongs. I remember doing this is Junior High. It was a badge of honor if you could climb all the way up.Enough with all the bullshit machines I say, Kettlebells, peg boards, sandbags etc. is much more productive....

  • way to go monkey man

  • you a rock climber too?

  • manimal

  • you fucker...

    nice work

  • damnnn

  • great strength !

  • I really hated that thing; you can't really cheat on the pegboard, even if you grip the wall with your legs, your arms and back still carry most of your weight. It is in fact actually easier, to do it the way he's doing it here. If you plant your feet on the wall and "walk" along it, it will scorch your abs, you'll waste energy and you won't get as high a count.

  • holy crap it looks like your floating

  • that was awesome

  • dam tht shiii looks crazy like its fake thats how easy u make it look how u do this on a pullup bar

  • I remember those in HS, I need to make one. you def make it look easy.

  • that was awesome, probably the best use of practical strength ever, i doubt many people with alot of muscle mass can do this,

    much love and support

  • THIS IS NUTS

  • That is an awesome idea!

  • Solid hustle, I like the varition of moves! I also train with a peg board and no offense but a couple of times your toes were being used against the wall to help :)

  • That is just genius.. Gotta get me one of them!

  • i dont really understand what a pegboard is /?

  • its a borad with a bunch of holes in it; then you put a small cylinder of wood in each hand and climb up and around the board by placing the cylinders in various holes and pulling yourself up;

it's kind of like chin ups, but way more fun

  • i guess you need very good like 1 arm holds then :P he seems to be very good at holdin up his weight with 1 arm, i wanna get better for rock climbing

  • A peg board is a great upper body workout and will definitely help for rock climbing.

You should also check out hang boards.

  • Where can I buy a Pegboard? or could you tell me what is it made of? mainly the handles, I'm thinking it's all wood but I'm worried wood handles would break easily.

  • check the "more info" section. I included a link where you can buy one.

  • its usually made of some type of marble

thats the kind i have in pe

  • @pi3rnasl0kas It's probably cheaper to have one made if you have a local carpenter... I believe the one used in this video is 36 by 36 with 36 holes? Anyways, I had a carpenter make one for me and it only cost $190, it's cheaper to do it that way even if you still end up paying shipping prices for it

  • @soccerfreak4 Thank you very much! Finally I saved enough money and plan to take your advise, I'll have a carpenter do one for me

  • @pi3rnasl0kas its wood handles

  • WTF! BEAST!

  • MONKEY!

  • hey, has anyone ever told you your a beast?

  • awesome!

  • BEASTSKILLS!

  • He's really flying. He drank some redbull. the wings just got cut out of the video with good editing.

  • Are you any good at fighting or any sort of marial art? I think you would be great at BJJ or wrestling or something like that.

  • I study BJJ. I'm no superstar, but I enjoy it.

  • Cool.

  • Dude, fricking gorilla strength! Kick ass!

  • Inspiring - thanks for the vid

  • Amazing, but how high-maintanence is all that strength?

  • Do you mean how much do I have to work to maintain my level of strength? Well, just like anyone there's a base level I've achieved that I can do any day, even if I take a long time off. I have to focus and work hard over several days/weeks for other skills.

The stuff in this video is no problem.

  • dude, you're fuckin amazing, you just like shoot up there, i can almost clear mine.

  • havn't seen a pegboard since grade school. learned a lot from ur site. almost have a steady oael! seeing the little improvements makes want to keep working on skills. keep it up man

  • Nice Man, i havent seen one of those things since public school. I would love to try it out now with the strength that i have now. Good job

  • That thing rocks. Totally going to go and make myself one tomorrow....

Yeah, right, along with the slam ball I'm gonna make. And I'll get around to putting my sand bags into a proper sack too......

Lol. I'll get around to it all someday. :)

    Cheers for the inspiration.

  • That looks like a lot of fun and a great workout. I've never seen a pegboard until your video. I didn't see much beyond barbells and a bench in my PE class. Are these things common?

  • Shit, Jim, that's what I call true strength! And it seems so fun, where could I possibly get a peg board from? Never heard of it in my country!

  • James, AWESOME! How old is the peg board and has it faded or slipped at all through regular use bro? Love the vid, ur killing it!

  • Zach - actually, this pegboard is pretty new. It's a bit scratched up from normal use, but still works perfectly.

I've got a really old pegboard myself that's got solid metal reinforced holes, and metal pegs with rubber handles. That thing will last 'till doomsday.

  • Nice variations. There's a Japanese game show called Viking; in one challenge a competitor does a 50 ft traverse on a pegboard.

You say you used to climb - do you still do it? What grades were you climbing?

  • yer nice muscle up where did u get the idea from?

  • Having rockclimbed in the past, it just seemed natural when you're there and hanging from the pegs. What's harder to do is climbing when you're up above the pegs! Just no space at all, and shifting your weight is a bit of a pain.

  • Great one, the muscle up was smooth.

  • Such sick strength Jim!

  • I like it, especially the muscle up. I've only sen like 2 companies that actually sell those things.

  • buaaaaaaa i want one of those boards, Jim ur the greatest.

  • Woahh that looks f'ing cool!

  • Nice. :) First.
