Yep it says photshop in  the credits! I tilt my hat to any ms paint animators as I donot have the patence or skill to use it, so I just stick to GIMP

by the way, age doesnt affect art skills, its good to see your young and trying your best but just because you are young doesnt mean your drawing skills will be affected in anyway. overall lik this animation and love how you did the rain, one tip though, the necklace is very jumpy, perhaps add some more panels to smoothen it out a bit lol im a baginner too and have to make an opening animation for a comic of mine so im kinda screwed lmao XD
