the teams just called Wallington Parkour cause thats where we are based, were now in a new team called ATO though

firstly try reading the vid description before you go slagging us off,

it says "tricking showreel, tricks and stunts" and thats exactly what it is... its freerunning so what?

secondly if you actually knew what you were on about you wouldve recognised 0:35, 1:05, 1:09, 2:17 as getting from point a to b efficiently, parkour.

and plus ive watched your team videos and theyre pretty awful, if anyones a bunch of guys jumping about its you lot. Get a life.

Wallington is packed FULL of amazing spots seriously, theres something there to train every aspect of parkour or free running seriously. We train there most of the time.

Try behind the library, theres lots there, behind sainsburies is good too

the other places are quite hard to describe as theyre mainly on roofs etc sorry
