when you want to guard something, bring neji or shikamaru with you, use neji near what you are guarding and keep using the rotation technique, or with shikamaru you could set traps around whatever you are guarding.

im like 2 or 3 missions after fighting gaara for the first time

the game isn't all that great, when you battle someone like garaa or neji they use all these moves like the sandclone and 24 strikes and byakugan and the only thing you can use is sand coffin, sand tower, 64 palms an that palm rotation. you can also really tell with chouji and sasuke
