  • Now we have the right to carry a fire arm here in texas... Ajua !!!! Glockamole !!!

  • Great, should end all debate about legalizing legalto carry license for those w/out severe criminal past, give out cops times to address things like ILLEGAL aliens, think law and liberals have tolerated over 6 million on them. When civilians can't be armed we will have no more freedom.

  • @ChannelingusXIVC I'd joke around with you ...but your comment displays some serious mental issues. I feel sorry for your family.

  • @ChannelingusXIVC You are impressed by a chickenshit coward who shoots unarmed and innocent people? You should up your meds, you whiney little bitch... BTW, I forwarded your comment to the FBI's website.

  • What show is this called and what is the season and episode number of this? Thank you for whoever knows the answer.

  • I was a new recruit just out of basic. I just arrived at Killen weeks before. I lived next door literally 100 yard away. in the Bently House Apts i just had left minutes before to go back to duty minutes before. God Bless the heroes. :(

  • The improvements in the law basically expand the ability of the citizen to defend themselves. Interesting how we haven't had this type of shooting since everyone is packing these days.

  • I live nearby killien now. But this happened when i wasn't even here on earth yet. Im wondering why people do that.

  • Thank You for posting this video!!!

  • Is the law to not carry in the restaurant still enacted?

  • @dante144 MANY businesses are posted. That means no carry on the premesis. Period. Ironically, this also applies to those with a mandate to carry like law enforcement and armed security officers, however this is almost never enforced. It is only enforced when private law abiding citizens want to carry.

  • @Deke101 Crazy. I thought Texas was very pro gun.

  • @dante144 TX is very pro gun. businesses still post their shops, though. I carry in them anyway. Better litigated than cremated

  • Wow. What an attractive woman.

  • She said it all at the end: if people are allowed to carry guns TO DEFEND THEMSELVES, any random shooting that may occur will not have near the death toll that is often so unfortunately high.

  • Her mum is my hero.

  • Thank God we have Switzerland all people must go to Switzerland... there we all are save... There we can kill the bad people-- yes i think so, too... i would be the guy" cowering under the tables, and crying like a fucking baby- i think so too... oh man you are so right.. okok you have convinced me... i will go and buy me a gun

  • no it wouldnt be the savest place in the world... ,when everybody have a weapon, then everybody can kill everyone...even when we think - that WE are "good" people we aren't ... and when you walk down the streets you must think oh man these people have weapons and this one- oh no everybody have one- are you kidding.. this place would be the hell

  • Fatuma18- Are you stupid or some thing? Switzerland is the safest place on Earth because every one has a gun. Their government issues every one guns to protect them selves from foreign and domestic threat. You Sir have it backwards. Places where guns are band crime shot through the roof. Just for your stupid comment, this gun toting gun lover is going to buy a gun today.

I bet you any thing you would of been the guy cowering under the tables, crying like a fucking baby.

  • @Fatuma18

I here that in Vermont there are very few gun control laws. This is from the wikipedia article on Vermont.

In 2009, Vermont was ranked second in the nation for safety. Crime statistics on violence were used for the criteria.[162] Vermont has some of the least restrictive gun control laws in the country. A permit or license is not required for the purchase or concealed carry of a firearm (including handguns) by any law-abiding person.

It does not sound like hell.

  • @timtak1 oh really thats good for you- i think too we all should go and buy a gun, the world would be so much better... HAve fun with the gun

  • @Fatuma18

I am very glad that I live in Japan where there are very few guns.

I wish that there were fewer guns in the world.

But the existing guns keep working for a long time. And the criminal systems for supplying guns keep working long after gun ownership has been criminalised.

So once guns are in circulation I think that it is very very difficult to get back to a gunless society.

  • @timtak1i think that too, that it is difficult to get back, especially in america. i have heard so much the fathers put their guns everywhere in their homes, child came, shoot around father or the child is death or they let their child shoot out in the nature with a gun and then the cild began to shoot around him a man was killed. that happened so much in america. I am gonna never be to accept this.

  • @timtak1

Good for Vermont! By any chance, do you know which state in 2009 ranked first for safety (overall and in gun safety)?

  • @DJSedSo

    No I don't. Do you?

  • Easily the lives of at least 20-22 people could have been saved if someone had a gun on them. Two thumbs up for United states Gun Control Laws..

  • This is so sad. This lady would have taken aim and blown the guy away, I have no doubt. If all law-abiding citizens carried weapons, I'm for open-carry myself, this country would be the safest place in the world. But the government doesn't want us to be able to protect ourelves, they want us cowering and fearful and reliant upon them to make us safe.

  • Sad that the MAN that tried to stop him was shot and killed. Cant help wonder where all these equality feminists were hiding? As usual, they wait for men to make it safe for them before they do anything.

  • Actually, Hennard had a pretty significant criminal record. He was booted from the military for racism and arrested many times in the state of Texas for possession of drugs.

  • CCW saves lives thankyou Suzanna Hupp

  • Why does everyone say clip when he means magazine? It's annoying.

  • My Fifth Grade 4th peried teacher was in that restrunt at the time and excape with her life.

  • I DIDNT EVEN KNOW THAT THIS HAPPEN But i guess its because i was like 2 yrs when it happen .. i live in san antonio'texas

  • The only reason a bill like this wont pass in many other places is because of the NAACP.After all if law abiding citizens are actually able to defend themselves against criminals, the majority of according to Justice department stats of 2006 are black, how on earth will the NAACP get their cut of the proceeds of crime and keep their doors open. Its to bad that channon christian and chris newsom didnt have a gun to defend themselves in 2007,then they would still be alive today.

  • Here in Chicago good people cannot own a gun and so all the criminals drive to Gary Indiana (1/2 hour drive) to get their guns to rob and rape and do whatever they want.

Thanks so much mayor Daley you stupid ASSHOLE!!!

  • @KillerKIown oh but didn't you know...gun control is the answer to violence..take the guns away from EVERYONE and the bad guys wont be able to get them either......

wait.....the bad guys can still get guns?? oops!

i hate the views of our way OVERPAID politicians.

  • She's great.

  • guys u probably wont believe me but this man was my uncle im david hennard born october 1993 15, october

  • thats cool ,and im sorry for your loss

  • wait i thought u were talkin about girls dad, but still sorry 4 ur loss even tho he killed many people

  • Not trying 2 b rude but Obama's AMAZING and his going to TRY to make this country a better place after fucking Bush screwed it up!

  • Amazing at what?

  • Well he's trying to stop the war for starters

  • You mean he's trying to lose the war... ignoring the commanding General is a historically proven mistake.

  • NO, hes trying to stop the war. I don't know how to put this because everytime I saw this ,people start yelling at me but we have wasted our time and money on tis war. plus many people have died because of this war including my uncle. If you don't believe me, look him up his name was Alfred H. Jairala =(

  • I am truly sorry for your loss. Did your Uncle serve in the Armed Forces?

As for Obama, he campaigned promising to win the war in Afghanistan.

How about you... do you feel like we have wasted our time and money on this war?

  • Thank you. My uncle was in the army. I do think we have wasted our money and time in the war. I strongly believe that if we stop the war, our economy would get better because we wouldn't have to send or make costy things to send to Iraq

  • I served in the ARMY as well... but your Uncle is the hero. I consider him a brother... even when you're out, you still think of those serving as family. You have to be quite brave to be active in a time of war... Bless his heart.

We had to take the fight to the terrorists... they are crazy evil and must be dealt with.

  • Thank You. I know he's a hero and thats cool that you served . I have actually considered joining when I'm older, but I don't how that would work out because I want to be a famous singer and actress when I grow up.

  • So i met you before you became famous !!! Cool !!!

I would join all over again... at the time, it seemed like an adventure, i experienced and learned a lot... made some great friends.

  • Haha yeaa im GOING to b famous. I think its cool, i mean u learn alot about life and you have alot of experience for self defense!

  • I agree. He's an amazing deceiver. I am still shocked so many people are still buying it.

  • im sorry, i dont know wat comment ur replying 2 but thnx! :)

  • I believe my comment was a reply to your "Obama is amazing" hilarious comment.

  • ummm.... he IS a great president!

  • Maybe to those who refuse to pay attention, or to whom integrity and honesty is unimportant. :-)

  • yeaaaa i do kno wat hes done and what hes gonna do and i think its pretty good

    :)

  • Sweet. Dishonesty, extortion, violence, murder, greed, deceit, and immorality FTW!

  • no ur sooo rong, im not rying 2 b judgmental but u seem like those typ of people that looks at the little bad things of Obama when hes done soooo many more good things than hes done bad things! he IS honest, when has he murdered someone!?!?!?! NOT greedy, ur mistaken that from Bush!

    :)

  • Oh really...And the list of the "good things" is..................?

Btw...there is no difference in Bush or Obama.

  • 1. BS

    2. HAHAHA - he is one, as well as the treasury secretary he appointed, AND the rest of his appointed administration.

    3. BWHAHAHA...Riiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiight. No proof.

    4. Extortion is not a good thing.

    5. Republican/Democrat = no difference.

    Thank you play again.

I'd suggest you do some actual research instead of listening to Obama flap his gums together and creaming in your pants. The guy's taking you for a ride, just like Bushy, just with a different flavor of shit force on you.

  • @smttysmth02gt

    1. not bs

    2.k?

3.yaa there is look it up

    4.w.e

    5.BIG difference

    your welcome, your turn

  • @checheir It's you're, not your, and you're incorrect on every thing you mentioned. Seriously? It's been 1 year since our comments on this and you STILL are brainwashed? This, after escalations in Afghanistan, exposed administration full of tax cheats and criminals, mandates that you PAY FOR private health insurance (not universal as your #4 claim), and the continued Bush policies (ie: unconsitutional law). Seriously...give a little effort to pay attention. Obama = Bush, with more crime.

  • @smttysmth02gt I dgaf if it's been a year or not, I was just lookin through my inbox and saw this. And really? I know it's you're, Im abbreviating dumbass. And Obama is NO WHERE NEAR being like Bush

  • @checheir Reality disagrees with you. Only minuscule, things that do not matter has changed.

  • @smttysmth02gt You'RE contradicting yourself. Reality obviously doesn't dissagree with me if only "minuscule" things that "don't matter" have changed.

  • Poor sweet thing. Sad to hear about your parents, and the rest of those that died. Undoubtedly though you've helped in changing your selfdefense laws there. good for you!

  • For geewhiz76

A debate involves facts, not emotional ranting. You are simply arguing.

  • i watched this 2 days ago on e news

  • Test Message.

  • why are americans so obsessed with guns?

  • Because we fought hard for our freedom... and our right to bear arms keeps us capable of defending our way of life.

    Plus... guns are cool.

  • an armed nation is a safe nation..Gun control is having a steady hand...God bless America

  • "an armed nation is a safe nation" - chico

You bet bro! Thats why our enemies might take down the Fed Gov one day, but they`ll never take down the American

fu%$in people. We keep the freedom alive!!!! Boooh-yah!!!

  • One armed citizen could have saved a lot of lives.

    What a damn jip!

    Gun Control SUCKS!

  • must suck where u live! cause where i live i dont need a gun and i will never get one either.

  • Famous last words...

  • That is an extremely ignorant and naive view. You can live in the best neighborhood in the world and bad things can still happen.

  • @blackfootnavajo

Of course you don't need a gun... You live in bloody Switzerland!!!

  • haha im watching this on E! right now

    god bless

  • Thanks for posting this video, ChrisIIIcube. The October 16, 1991 Luby's Cafeteria mass shooting was the worst one in U.S. history until the Virginia Tech mass shooting of April 16, 2007. You might be interested in an event that took place took place two months and one day after the Luby's massacre. Here's the link:

    keepandbeararms(.)com(/)information(/)XcIBViewItem(.)asp?ID=1446

It's a story of how gunowner Thomas Glenn Terry was able to prevent a repeat of the Luby's massacre.

  • I went to Yank Sing (The former Luby's) for dinner tonight... I felt rather strange while I was there.

  • Mass shootings are rare; when they do occur you hear quite a lot about them but your possibility of being shot in a mass shooting is very, very, very, (can go on with any number of "verys") small. Having said that I see no reason why most adults should not be allowed to carry a concealed weapon. I do it myself (under permit). The effect on the crime rate is quite small statistically and does not really make much difference,.

  • we live in times of fear and desperation which clogs are sound judgements some say arming ones self is not good but evil doers prey on the week lawmakers bow to politics there should be no cause for alarm yet in this world today no one is safe and no one can be there to protect you and your love ones so that is why i say you keep your laws and your politics and ill keep my guns and family safe.

  • My 7 year old has a 22 rifle that she can load, aim, and fire... I DARE someone to break into my house... lol

I dont care what "laws" they pass I'm still carrying my 9mm, and I still have a shotgun in my closet, and a revolver in the office.... So, I dont mind, they can do what they want. The strong will survive. ;-)

  • FL also offers a concealed weapons permit and we're getting one asap. People have no clue of about what's to come with Obama in charge and the poor economy. People are going to get desperate. The 30 plus MILLION ILLEGALS are still hanging around, counting on amnesty. If amnesty passes, I'm positive all hell will break lose. NO AMNESTY FOR ILLEGAL ALIEN CRIMINAL INVADERS!

  • Dr. Hupp is my hero. Thank you for what you're doing to enlighten people. I used to be a misguided "gun control" thinker. I have been educated otherwise by my gun owning friends. EVERY country that has gone communist or taken over by dictators, gun control preceded the takeover! Stock up on your guns and ammo people -- Obama and gang are out to take them away. They will ram amnesty through for illegals and all hell will break lose. Be prepared!

  • @aprillh gun control isnt wrong, radicals is the problem

  • @rmysterio80 Besides the ones on the left, what radicals are a problem?

  • @ChrisIIIcube I honestly just wanted to see how people would react to me calling them radicals.....i honestly dont care if someone gets shot

  • Any one of your scenarios can be a situation where a gun can save your life. Not sure where you are getting your facts from but just because a mugger uses a knife does not mean he doesn't intend to harm you. People are stabbed all the time. As far a mugger with a gun if he thinks your going for your wallet he's not going to shoot you. Home invasions are almost always violent a gun will save you in that scenario. Public shooter, if you take them out before they get you a gun saves your life.

  • Do yourself a favor, BarJ385, Google "lives saved by guns" and start reading.

I think you'll find the answers you're looking for.

  • Most police officers will tell you that people who fight back have a better chance of surviving the crime. I took some Crime Law and Justice classes, and even if you just watch the reality cop shows, you learn that while some people do just want to rob you; a large # hurt/kill you too anyways. The thing about criminals is that they tend to not respect the law or human life. Thats like saying "the rapist doesn't want to kill you, he's doing it cause he's lonely so just lay there till its over."

  • I can see why you would think this, but do you have anything to back your statements up? Most of the crime data in Concealed Carry states since their carry laws were enacted shows that they do effectively decrease most forms of violent crimes. I don't like using mass shootings as an example because they are so rare and infrequent. Many more people are killed in individual acts of violence and therefore cannot depend on police protection.

  • In reply to your 2nd point I think you will find I agreed with you. Since the handgun ban we have not had any mass public shootings. This does not make it ok that overall gun deaths have risen.

We have been slowly reducing the individuals right to self defence and gun rights for the last 100 years. Violent crime has been going up ever since. When shall we expect our violent crime to 'eventually decrease'?

    Another hundred years??

  • Actually Bart, your logic is floundering. I live in the gun free uk and since ever stricter laws have been introduced we have seen an increase in the numbers of people harmed with guns.

We have not had any mass shootings of the kind that happened at Luby's that day but overall there are more problems with guns since the strict laws were introduced.

  • Actually, it is your logic that is wrong. If more law-abiding citizens had guns, these incidents would be rare. Its already been proven that crime rates are less in areas that have less stringent gun control, as opposed to areas that do. Citizens don't go on shooting sprees, criminals do. Making it harder for citizens to own guns doesn't deter crime. Criminals can get guns easily and they don't follow the laws. Do some research, you may be suprised.

  • wait what if more people have guns there will be more shootings.i think you got it wrong im just going to assume that the people carrying guns have permits.Anyone that cares about US laws is not about to just randomly start shooting people they carry guns to not be a victim of people who would go off randomly shooting people and places where guns arnt prevalent have higher crime rates overall even if they do have less murders also guns are used 3-5 times more often to save than kill each year

  • I do not dial 911 till it's over! I feel bad for her it's hard to lose a loved one. I know where she is coming from. why do people always want to pass these feel good do nothing laws f--king idiots.

  • Yay! I'm happy to live in Texas ;-)

  • yeah you fuckin liberals keep voting for anti gun retards like joe biden so more stuff like this happens. you fuckin anti gunners make me sick to my stomach.

  • the luby's is now a chinese resturant

  • If only someone in there had a gun. Man I am from Texas and I remeber this.

  • its a fact, criminals dont follow the law!!!!!!!! 2nd amendment forever!!

  • Fully agree with the comments here. If more LAW ABIDING citizens carried weapons, the crooks would not stand a chance because they would not know who would be fighting back. And what is the harm of taking some of the crooks off the streets...the shooting would be self defense anyway

  • Sad

  • I bet her parents would be very proud of what she has accomplished...

    Bless her heart.
