You pay Gold to bid for a house (it's an auction) and the highest bidder gets the house.
But you will need the Extra Storage Service, so basically you pay Gold to get the house and have NX to keep the house.
(But I believe you will have to pay rent with Gold, and if you can't the house goes back to Auction) < Not sure on that.

ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!! You need to keep the extra Storage and alot of cash just for a house...Why the heak is it going to cost that much!?
