Because "Osu! Tatakae! Ouendan!" was very Japanese, with a lot of things that wouldn't make as much sense in western culture, they instead decided to make another game with the same engine (or near enough) called Elite Beat Agents. So EBA is really the clone of Ouendan. But this game in the video is to Ouendan as Stepmania is to DDR.
