Humanity? what's that? THere used to be a time when it existed, not now. Animals have shown us so many times that they are way more compasive than humans. They don't make any differences between species and they are capable of giving their lives to save their owner. How many humans can say the same?

Malaysia still has a long way to go to becoming a developed country. There is no official funding from the government to help out organisations like SPCA or Paws to build and maintain proper centres that can house dogs and cats (and other wildlife) and funding for them to educate the public about treating animals better.

It's just shameful that DBKL is copying countries that have made mistakes and not emulating countries that have dealt with the stray population humanely. shame
