  • And vitamin C, very important. Needed for cortisol production (and other things). My nutritionist has me on 10,000mg a day. (For severe adrenal fatigue.) But always talk to a nutritionist before taking high amounts. Also I've heard that you need to gradually reduce higher amounts of vit C otherwise u can get similar symptoms to scurvy (vit c deficiency). So vits should be tapered. If you're suffering badly from adrenal fatigue, there really is hope!! Trust me. It just takes time : )

  • @MARTINNATURE83 10,000mgs of vitamin C a day is insane. Anything over 500mgs at a time becomes a pro-oxidant. Google is your friend.

  • @dannybex You might be right there...who knows! I've cut down to 2000mg a day now anyway, but has anyone noticed the amount of conflicting advice re vitamins from different "experts"?!...and experts on Google? E.g. some say you neeeeed salt, some say salt bad etc etc etc...wat ta do
