  • You've made my Great Grandmother VERY happy! She remembers hearing this on the radio...in a convertible...going to swim at Lake Pontchartrain...& riding along Canal Street & back up St. Charles to Newcomb College. She says it was "Very big on-campus." I'd imagine!

    She says the Boswell's zany style helped so much, during the Depression. Even though she was a Department Store/Oil Heiress from Shreveport, the family was terrified of Hitler. The Boswells provided much-needed diversion.
